These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Advanced Refrigeration Services LLC ("ARS," "we," "us," or "our"), to use of advancedrefrigerationservices.com, and to text messages we send. By requesting service or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Services
Advanced Refrigeration Services LLC provides commercial and residential refrigeration and HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance under Florida Mechanical License #CMC1250137. Pricing, scope, and warranty terms for specific work are stated on your quote or invoice.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice. We may suspend non-emergency service on accounts with past-due balances.
SMS Terms
Program: Advanced Refrigeration Services LLC customer service text messages.
How you opt in: When you call us to request or schedule service, our staff will ask whether you would like to receive text messages. You are enrolled only if you say yes, and you will receive a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, job status updates, quotes, invoices, and replies to your service questions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Advanced Refrigeration Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost product or lost revenue, except as stated in a written warranty or agreement for specific work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
